Brand New Student Registration SY 2011-12

STEP 1:  GCPS Registration Requirements:  Click here to learn about the required documents for school registration.

**Have copies of your information ready before you begin. Online Registration will close on August 2^nd.  Then you may register online during Open House on Aug. 4^th.

Registration documents may be delivered to Puckett’s Mill beginning June 6, 2011

STEP 2:  Complete this required registration form for each new student who will be attending Puckett’s Mill.  The information entered is secure. Kindergartners must be 5 years old by September 1^st to enroll.  Please note:  This DOES NOT complete the registration process.  Your child will not be entered into our student database and assigned a teacher until ALL required documents are received.  If possible, please make copies ahead of time.

STEP 3:  Please print, complete, and turn in the Parent Portal form.  For more information regarding the portal, click this link:  GCPS Parent Portal account.  Please note:  You must bring the form to the main office along with your driver’s license for verification.

STEP 4: School nutrition program:  To learn more about our school nutrition program, click here.  Those interested in applying for free and reduced lunch must complete applications annually, Click here for online application.
